This apartment is located in the heart of the Eixample of Barcelonés. Only 3 streets from the main avenue of the city Passeig de Gràcia. From there a few meters you can visit the famous “Casa Batllò” and if you walk 4 more streets you will find the “Casa Milà”. To the other side of the Passeig de Gràcia to 200 meters you will arrive at Plaça Catalunya, where they begin “Las Ramblas”, all just a 10 minute walk from this accommodation. This bright and spacious apartment is located in a beautiful renovated building in the center of Barcelona, near Paseo de Gracia. You can find the famous Antoni Gaudi buildings just a short walk away, or Plaza Catalunya and Barrio Gótico, just a few minutes walk away, you will find a perfect base from which to explore all that Barcelona has to offer.

It has three rooms: The first en-suite bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom comes complete with shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and large closets. The kitchen is equipped and there is also a double sofa-bed in the dining room, giving an availability for up to 6 people.
