Apartment ideal for families Availability for 6 people This apartment is located in the heart of the Eixample of Barcelonés. Only 3 streets from the main avenue of the city Passeig de Gràcia. From there a few meters you can visit the famous “Casa Batllò” and if you walk 4 more streets you will find the “Casa Milà”. To the other side of the Passeig de Gràcia to 200 meters you will arrive at Plaça Catalunya, where they begin “Las Ramblas”, all just a 10 minute walk from this accommodation. This beautiful loft apartment combines style and comfort while retaining the original charm of the building with its high wooden beamed ceilings and brick walls. The open livingdining room is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Through French doors that communicate with five small balconies, the apartment is flooded with sunlight. The comfortable sofa converts into a double bed for the 5th and 6th guests. The dining table seats six. The same is next to the kitchen, modern and fully equipped, where every budding chef can enjoy cooking without having to separate from the rest of the group. It has two rooms: The two bedrooms have double beds and a wardrobe for your belongings. Please note that although they are separated by a wall, one of the rooms has no door so it is not entirely private. The bathroom with shower tray, toilet and sink will have clean towels and ready to use upon arrival. * This is an opportunity not to be missed on any trip to Barcelona.
